Rebecca Derbas-Selvidge holds a Master of Arts from the University of South Florida, a Bachelor of Music in Choral Education from Western Michigan University, and a Certificate of Musical Theatre Performance from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. She currently directs the choirs and is Music Lecturer at Lake Michigan College. Rebecca has performed with various ensembles including Gold Company under Dr. Steve Zegree, WMU Chorale under Dr. James Bass, VOICES LMC, and Lake Effect Jazz Big Band under Steve Reed. She was the director of middle and high school choirs and middle school general music teacher at Coloma Community Schools for fourteen years. Rebecca has been the musical director for Twin City Players Sound of Music, Children's Music Workshop's production of Hairspray, and one of the founding directors of CMW TeenStock's summer musical productions. Rebecca has performed at the International Association of Jazz Educators conference in Toronto and has appeared on several albums including WMU Gold Company's Who Could Ask for Anything More and 30; Tim Hauser's Love Stories; and Ditties for Kiddies, a benefit CD for Little Kids Rock. She was writer/producer/performer for A Woman's World Cabaret at Danny's Skylight in New York City and has performed at such venues as The Cutting Room, The Triad, and Studio One in New York City. Rebecca was co-singer/songwriter for the band Stoney End, a backup singer for Erin Hill Band, and a founding member of the Three Divas of Southwest Michigan with Carrie VanDenburgh and Katherine Rohwer. Rebecca lives in southwestern Michigan with her husband, Alan, their son, Jack, and their family dog, Ginger.

 

Andrew B. Fisher, a Southwestern Michigan native, has been a musician and singer for many years. Trained as a classical singer, Andrew studied vocal performance at Andrews University. While having a passion for classical music, Andrew is equally as passionate about other genres and has performed Jazz, Soul, Rock, R&B, Showtunes, Pop, and much more. Andrew's current passion project is his self-titled jazz fusion group, The Andrew Fisher Quartet; which has achieved a level of success in the Michiana area. He also participates in multiple ventures such as choral singing in community choirs throughout the area, solo performances, guest appearances, and performing in musicals. Andrew is also the vocal instructor at the Citadel Dance and Music center in Downtown Benton Harbor where he instructs both youth and adults alike. His desire is to connect heart and song to both his audiences and students. Andrew's current venture is his podcast The Backstage lounge, a podcast is focused on having those conversations with all manner of artists on, off, or even behind the stage.
